Boy, That’s Some Convenient Intelligence

Earlier today, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said that that Russian concerns about missile defense are “unfounded.” So, just to clarify, even though their objections are not based in fact, we’re capitulating anyway.
As I understand it, the White House’s position is that new intelligence that cannot be revealed just happens to support a presidential decision placating skeptics of missile defense in his Democratic-party base. What are the odds?
