Boy, Is There Anything These Guys Can’t Turn Into Cash?

The Washington Post looks at Murtech, a little-known company that has made $4 million in non-competition contracts for “warehousing” and “logistics and engineering” with the Pentagon. It’s run by Robert C. Murtha Jr., nephew of Rep. John Murtha (D., Pa.).

Robert C. Murtha Jr. is also the chairman of Ocean Energy Systems Inc., which touts itself as “a humanitarian project with a venture capital return.”

Man, with the Murthas, even the philanthropic work has a great return on investment.
