Quite a few readers are noting Rasmussen’s tracking poll showing a three-point drop for Obama, in a flat tie, whether the sample includes leaners or not.
A daily tracking poll can bounce around quite a bit, so I’m not 100 percent certain that Obama is losing ground. But coupled with every other poll, it seems safe to say he’s not gaining ground.
