In other words, Democrats are defending a mere 114 seats. (Actually 115 if you throw in the vacant seat in Eric Massa’s district in New York.) Among those considered not “solid Democrat”? Barney Frank’s district.
There are actually more solid Republican seats — 162 — than Democrat ones.
