The Clinton Omertà

How about that code of silence surrounding the Clintons? “More than a hundred people refused to be interviewed for the Hillary Clinton documentary.”

The documentary is now canceled. This was the proposed film for CNN by Charles Ferguson. His works include Inside Job, described by the director as an examination of “the systemic corruption of the United States by the financial services industry and the consequences of that systemic corruption,” and No End in Sight: The American Occupation of Iraq, a film deeply critical of the Bush administration and the war in Iraq.

The Republican National Committee, suspecting the film would be pro-Hillary propaganda, passed a resolution barring CNN from hosting a Republican presidential debate in 2016.

Apparently the Clintons, their friends, and their allies feared the anti–Wall Street, anti–Iraq War filmmaker would be too critical of her.
