On the Senate vote on the John Doe amendment – a federal law that would protect you from a lawsuit if you report suspicious behavior to authorities to prevent a terrorist attack – every no vote was a Democrat (and independent socialist Bernie Sanders). The amendment fell three votes short. Hillary was one of the yeses.
Dodd and Biden voted “no.” Barack Obama missed the vote.
I wonder if she will use this to jab her rivals’ national security credentials?
Also, McCain voted “yes” – good, but not surprising – and (sigh) Sam Brownback missed the vote.
