Culture of Corruption, Part One

A judge has reduced the sentence of a prominent Texas Democratic Party donor and fundraiser to 10 years on probation for falsely presenting himself as a lawyer.

Celis was originally sentenced to one year in jail to be followed by 10 years of probation.
