Edwards’ Defense Adviser Was Member of Committee for the Liberation of Iraq & Richard Perle’s Defense Policy Board

Is anyone else surprised that not one netroot or anti-war type has objected to Edwards taking on a defense policy adviser – Barry Blechman —  who was part of the Committee for the Liberation of Iraq, and a member of Richard Perle’s Defense Policy Board in 2002 and 2003?

I mean, these guys consider Jonah Goldberg and Tim Russert as part of the cabal that started the Iraq war; how does this guy get a pass? How can Edwards sign him on, with nary a peep about him advising Edwards?
