I’ve heard a rumor that the big movers and shakers at the various religious conservative organizations will be meeting in a hotel room sometime during the Values Voters Summit, trying to decide on a candidate that they can say “impressed them.” If you hear a bunch of these folks saying at the end of this summit that “Candidate X impressed me”, it’s a sign that meeting went well.
