OpenCarry.org, a gun-rights group, has endorsed Brian Moran in the Virginia gubernatorial primary.
The Virginia Shooting Sports Association notes that Moran’s position on guns has evolved — he was “a “D” candidate for the House of Delegates in 2003 to a “B-” in 2005 and an “A” in 2007.”
