An Enthusiasm Gap in New Hampshire, But Not Overwhelming

The official tally in New Hampshire:

Official county-by-county certified results produced by Gardner’s staff show that 287,637 in 301 voting precincts cast ballots in the Democratic presidential contest, and 238,916 cast ballots in the Republican primary.
That amounts to 55 percent of all voters casting ballots in the Democratic primary and 45 percent voting Republican.

That suggests an enthusiasm gap between Republicans and Democrats, but not an overwhelming one.
