When it comes to having ethics complaints dismissed, Alaska governor Sarah Palin is now batting 1.000 — 11 down, 3 to go. (I originally had it batting .785, but she’s actually 11 for 11 with three at-bats remaining.)
Palin’s office notes about the latest batch, “The complaints, one by Zane Henning of Wasilla, filed on November 13, and one by Anthony Martin of Talkeetna, filed on December 2, were dismissed by Michael Geraghty, an investigator for the State Personnel Board. Geraghty concluded ‘that the conduct asserted, if true, would not constitute violation of the ethics act.’”
No relation to Michael Geraghty, in case you were wondering.
