Ben Ginsberg, counsel to the Romney campaign, is appearing with me on Captain Ed’s show. He notes that only the top four Republican candidates got to speak in the first 23 minutes of last night’s debate, and speculates that Fox News wanted to get as much of the fireworks started as possible before the first pitch of the baseball game.
