Geithner Could Use Some Help There

There’s been some attention on the number of folks who are suddenly withdrawing as potential leaders at Obama’s Treasury Department:

Annette Nazareth, who was expected to be tapped as deputy Treasury secretary, and Caroline Atkinson, who was being considered to oversee international affairs, have both taken their names out of the running . . .

But even beyond these two, as we noted earlier this week, the top eleven jobs in Treasury Department besides Geithner do not have nominees.
