A new poll in one of Pennsylvania’s House districts:
Incumbent Republican Charlie Dent holds a 12-point lead over Democrat John Callahan in a so far hypothetical race for the Lehigh Valley’s 15th Congressional District, according to a new Morning Call/Muhlenberg College poll.
That’s five points less than Dent’s margin of victory over Democrat Siobhan Bennett in 2008. The survey of 303 likely voters between April 19 and 27 gives Dent a 43 to 31 percent lead over Callahan, with 24 percent unsure. It has a 6 percent margin of error.
To slightly modify a famous slogan, I believe in Charlie Dent.
