Hey, That Other Governor Elected in 2009 Isn’t Too Shabby, Either

You know who has a nice approval rating? Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.

According to a survey by the Institute for Policy and Opinion Research at Roanoke College, 57 percent of Virginians approve of how McDonnell’s handling his duties as governor, with 26 percent saying they disapprove… The Roanoke College poll was conducted November 29-December 8, and released Tuesday. The survey was conducted by telephone with 601 Virginia voters were questioned.

Bob McDonnell will not run for president in 2012. But I have a hard time believing that when his one term is up (Virginia governors only get one term) he won’t have his eye on some other political office…
