Hillary Starting To Build a Margin, Bit By Bit

Don’t look now, but what was once about a 576 vote margin has become a margin of about 2 percent for Hillary, with 55 percent of precincts statewide reporting, about 40,000 votes.
The county that includes Austin has 64 percent reporting, with Obama up 63 to 36.
The county that includes  Dallas has 54 percent reporting, with Obama up 62 to 38.
The county that includes Houston has only reported 14 percent of precincts, with Obama up 61 to 39.
But in the county that includes San Antonio, with 55 percent of precincts reporting, Hillary’s up 56 to 43.
And she’s sweeping the rural areas.
Also note that on Fox News, Karl Rove suggests Hillary should pick up 23 or 24 delegates on Obama because of Ohio.
