If Caterpillar Doesn’t Like the Stimulus, Who’s Left?

An assessment of the stimulus out today: “The infrastructure portion of the stimulus package was disappointing in that it was less aggressive than other countries and missed an opportunity to correct past underinvestment in U.S. infrastructure.”

Look, I am tired of this kind of relentless Obama-bashing from critics of the president . . . oh, wait, it’s the quarterly report from Caterpillar, whose CEO is a member of Obama’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board.

Mr. President, what is the point of having an advisory board if you’re not going to listen to it?
