Iowa looks to be a barnburner, if the latest Research 2000 poll among likely GOP caucus-goers is accurate.
They’ve got McCain 18 percent, Rudy 17 percent, and Romney 16 percent, with Thompson at 9 percent and Gingrich at 6 percent.
Most polls have shown this state to be pretty close, so I guess we can expect a lot of visits and resources pouring into it in the coming months.
