I was doubtful that Michigan Democrat John Dingell is particularly vulnerable against Republican Rob Steele; his tenure in the House goes back almost to the Big Bang, and his district is pretty liberal and has fewer Reagan Democrats than did before redistricting. But Dingell is running an attack ad on television, which suggests that the incumbent is at least a little worried.
