John Edwards: Bring Iraq War Protest Signs To Memorial Day Parades

John Edwards believes the best way to spend Memorial Day is to protest the Iraq War (HT: Protein Wisdom), including a suggestion, “At a picnic or with family and friends, make signs that say “SUPPORT THE TROOPS – END THE WAR.” Bring them to your local Memorial Day parade.”

(I credit Edwards and the site creators for stating, “And during your event, make sure you conduct yourself respectfully—both for those serving in Iraq and the memory of the brave servicemen and women that Memorial Day honors.”)
Didn’t we just have Mother’s Day For Peace? Great, we can spend these special holidays arguing about the war… the same way we do every other day of the year.
