Jon Corzine Can’t Quite Get Rid of That Last Percentage Point

Yesterday, I noted the Public Policy Polling poll that put Chris Christie ahead by a percentage point, and concluded:

Obviously, Republican Chris Christie shouldn’t feel good about a poll showing him ahead by one percentage point, but I figured there was a good chance we would see Corzine consistently pulling ahead. Instead, a couple of pollsters have shown Christie still ahead by a small margin in recent weeks — SurveyUSA, Rasmussen, Daily Kos/Research2000.

Well, add Quinnipiac to that pile; they put Christie ahead, 41 percent to 40 percent.

Daggett’s at 14 percent, and 77 percent tell Quinnipiac he can’t win. Basically, Daggett’s best chance of coming in first is if Jon Corzine and Chris Christie are caught in bed with . . . each other.
