Looking at Upset Possibilities in Omaha and Southern Maine

Shortly before the McCain camp announced they were making a push in Maine, and Sarah Palin went to Omaha to secure Nebraska’s second congressional district, I started work on a piece on those two states. The report can be found here. I wouldn’t be terribly worried about Palin going to Nebraska – if you have to secure that one electoral vote, let your vice-presidential candidate do it on a Sunday with a month to go before election day.
