Senator Marco Rubio of Florida is up in New Hampshire today, speaking at a meeting hosted by Raul Blanche, a former Cuban refugee and a member of the budget committee in his town of Hollis, N.H.
This evening he’s signing copies of his new book at the Manchester Barnes & Noble.
Rubio has, so far, the best response to media questions about Rudy Giuliani’s comments:
I don’t feel like I’m in a position to have to answer for every person in my party that makes a claim. Democrats aren’t asked to answer every time Joe Biden says something embarrassing, so I don’t know why I should answer every time a Republican does. I’ll suffice it to say that I believe the president loves America; I think his ideas are bad.
Tomorrow morning, Rubio speaks at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics & Political Library at Saint Anselm College.
