Marlon Brando Could Have Been a Contender, Too

The campaign of Elizabeth Emken sends along word that she’s achieved the status of “on the radar” on the National Republican Congressional Committee’s list of candidates.

The NRCC has various tiers for their challengers: “young guns,” “contender,” and ‘on the radar,” with each level achieved by the candidate’s campaign meeting certain goals in fundraising, events, media exposure, etc.
