Name That Party? Try Name That Name.

It’s not like the governor of Oklahoma is responsible for the alleged crimes detailed in this 12-paragraph story from the Associated Press. But in a news article about alleged rapes taking place on the grounds of the governor’s mansion, and with recently dismissed state employees at the center of the charges, one might think that the name of the governor might crop up in it.

But no, the name of Gov. Brad Henry, Democrat, never appears in the story. Yet the article concludes: “The accusations came a month after three state troopers assigned to guard the mansion were disciplined for falsifying hours, saying they were working when they were not.” What’s going on at that governor’s mansion?
