On CNN, Rick Sanchez is currently doing a live interview with a porn star touting herself as a candidate for Sen. David Vitter’s seat. Her name, at least for the purposes of this interview: “Stormy Daniels.” I suppose I should be pleased CNN is showing her with the usual head-and-shoulders talking-head camera angle.
You don’t have to like Vitter to think that this is a ridiculous publicity stunt, and that Sanchez looks silly for treating it like a serious political story.
