When the Washington Post had to clarify that White House press secretary Robert Gibbs was “apparently tongue in cheek” when he made a reference to Obama’s clairvoyance, their web-based White House Watcher Dan Froomkin apparently believes that he possesses the power of the Hulk:

Semi-seriously, the Democrats have wide majorities in the House and Senate. Why, precisely, are we hearing that the Republicans are to blame for why the stimulus hasn’t passed yet? Doesn’t it mean something that Democrats like Kent Conrad–the Senate budget commitee chairman!–are saying large swaths of the spending ought to be taken out?
