Obama’s Strange Definition of ‘Betrayal’

The president who said “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan” and “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” just said during a White House event that “going back” would be “a betrayal.”

Obama continues to insist the problem is one of “branding” or “messaging.” “I’m going to need your help spreading the word.”

UPDATE: In MSNBC’s “The Cycle,” Howard Fineman, formerly of Newsweek, now with the Huffington Post, says, “The president was speaking mostly to Democrats today. . . . I was struck that [the president] was launching a form of another political campaign today.”

How surprising can that be? Campaigning is what this president does.
