Interesting. Earlier today I wrote that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, a Democrat, was technically right to disallow absentee ballot request forms distributed by the McCain campaign if the respondents failed to check a box declaring themselves a qualified elector.
But today the Ohio Supreme Court says otherwise.
