Only 38 Percent Say Incumbent Pennsylvania Democrat Tim Holden Deserves Reelection

Susquehanna Polling surveyed the district of Pennsylvania Democrat Tim Holden and found only 38 percent think he deserves reelection, while 42 percent think it’s time for a new person, and 20 percent are undecided.

My summary of this race on the List of 99:

Tim Holden, Pennsylvania: He voted against the health-care bill and skipped an Obama rally on the topic not far from his district, which is rated R+6 in the Cook PVI. State senator Dave Argall is a solid candidate, but probably could use an infusion of funds and momentum.

Susquehanna finds Argall leading the primary with 21 percent to Frank Ryan’s 17 percent, but 47 percent remain undecided.
