Other Than The Numbers Being Wrong, the Stimulus Progress Reports Are Valuable

I know we all feel hard-pressed to find any good news, but the stimulus spending seems to be getting more accountable, relatively; last week the government was confessing to a $10.4 billion accounting error, and this week, so far, they’ve only uncovered a $2.3 billion accounting error.

Clearly, based on this success and accountability, the federal government should be expanding its role in managing the auto industry.
