Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowler May Run for Congress in New Jersey

If you look back at the way New Jersey Democratic congressman John Adler came out early and said he was voting against the health-care bill in the House, you see some signs of nervousness. It’s almost as if he felt like he was about to get blitzed or pancake blocked or something like that.

You know, almost as if a former Philadelphia Eagles tackle was thinking about running for his seat in South Jersey.

A few years back, a survey of players found that getting blocked by Jon Runyan on a screen pass was one of the scariest things a player could face. Now imagine running for Congress against the guy.
