Saul Anuzis is co-chair of Michael Steele’s transition team, and he’s chair of Steele’s technology team. So, despite their having once been rivals for the chairmanship of the Republican National Committee, he’s among those who very much want to see Steele succeed. Anuzis says — via Twitter, naturally — that “he is giving an excellent update and encouraging outlook as to the efforts under way.”
Details to come shortly.
UPDATE: Ada Fisher, a Republican National Committee member from North Carolina, called on Steele to resign earlier this week. If I wanted to persuade other RNC members that he has to go this early, I don’t think I would make the argument in the venue of the Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC.
