Rudy, Scheduled to Meet Thatcher, As Well as Churchill’s Granddaughter

I had wondered what would prompt Rudy Giuliani to head to London in the middle of a campaign season that’s heating up fast. Today we learn that not only is Giuliani scheduled to meet with the Iron Lady Margaret Thatcher herself, but also Celia Sandys, Winston Churchill’s granddaughter.

I had been talking about endorsements that matter on the Republican side, and I could only think of two that would really make people stop and react: Nancy Reagan and Margaret Thatcher.
