Seven Men Who Are Probably Thinking About ‘More Time With Their Families’ Right Now

The House Democrats that I would have at or near the top of a retirement watch list: John Spratt of South Carolina, Tim Bishop of New York, Earl Pomeroy of North Dakota, Rick Boucher of Virginia, Leonard Boswell of Iowa, Marion Berry of Arkansas, and Maurice Hinchey of New York.
I realize some of these folks have issued statements that they intend to run for reelection in 2010. But that was at least two days ago, and a lot’s happened since then.
