A Sudden Drop For Hillary in Latest New Hampshire Poll

Wow. I guess that 1984 ad may have had some oomph – Hillary Clinton’s favorable rating dropped ten points among Democrats in New Hampshire since February.

A little over a month ago, 74 percent of NH Democrats had a favorable impression of Sen. Clinton, 15 percent unfavorable; in the most recent poll it’s 64-favorable, 24 unfavorable.
Yes, the margin of error is 5.5, but most of the other candidates only shifted a point or two – so I think there’s some real movement there.
Also, 17 percent of respondents named Clinton their least favorite candidate on the Democratic side.
Edwards’ approval among Democrats went from 74 percent to 80 percent; Obama shifted from 67 percent approval to 69 percent.
When asked whether the news of Elizabeth Edwards affected respondents’ views towards Edwards, 85 percent said it had no effect. In a separatre question, only 14 percent think Edwards should drop out of the race.
Also, I didn’t think Al Sharpton was in the race, but he has a disapproval rating of 62 percent.
