Will the RNC’s Commercials Remind People of Michael Steele’s 2006 Ads?

Gary Karr thinks that Brad Todd is the right guy to produce the RNC’s ads this cycle. He’s the guy behind the charming ads of Michael Steele’s unsuccessful Senate campaign of 2006 (one featured at link). But I suspect that showcasing the naturally likable Steele is an easier task than creating tough ads that won’t be denounced by the mainstream media as nasty, and/or racist.

Maybe the ads need to feature Michael Steele, making the points of criticism of Obama.
