To the system’s credit, the wait does make it feel like a real doctor’s office. All it needs is some links to articles from 2007 issues of People, Sports Illustrated, and Newsweek magazines, slightly dog-eared and torn.
And then, after a few minutes:
Mind you, the performance of the health-insurance exchange websites is unaffected by the government shutdown.
