Hillary’s sending a DVD to every Iowa Democrat, talking about her plans to deal with Iraq: “I have said consistently that if [President Bush] doesn’t end the war in Iraq, I will,” Clinton says in the video. “When I am President, what I intend to do is send out a clear message to the rest of the world that diplomacy is back.”
