Get Your Geek On: Wonder Woman Returning to TV

Those hoping for a television show led by an empowered female might recover from the damage done to their cause by the Bionic Woman reboot, after all. And, naturally, it’s Wonder Woman who has come to save the day. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. is hoping to bring the superheroine to the small screen, with David E. Kelley rumored to be at the top of the showrunner wishlist.

I’m not a hard-core comic-bookie by any means, but even I’m pretty excited about this. Kelley knows how to make a hit TV show, and he knows how to make it last. With strong creative support and the right cast, could this be the comeback Wonder Woman die-hards have been waiting for?
