JOAN RIVERS was not impressed with the flouncy tea-length Zac Posen dress that Tina Fey sported at the Golden Globes earlier this year. “I hope she was going for laughs, because she got them,” Ms. Rivers pronounced. “She looked like a decorative toilet seat cover.” Nor did she admire the purple Bottega Veneta gown that Sandra Bullock wore to the same event: “It looked like Prince’s old prom dress.” And Adam Lambert, all glammed up in Dolce & Gabbana at the Grammys? She got right to the point: “If Elvis and Elvira had a kid, this would be it. He looks like a gay Col. Sanders.” Yes, the sage of the red carpet is back.
