SCOTUS Justices Question Selection Of Skilling Jury

. . .On appeal, Mr. Skilling’s lawyers contended that the economic damage Enron wreaked on its home city had so poisoned the jury pool that his trial should have been moved elsewhere. In addition, they argued that one of the crimes for which he was convicted, “honest services” fraud, is too vaguely defined to be constitutional. Federal law makes it a crime to deprive another of “the intangible right of honest services.”
