Something else worth noticing about that hideous attack in Baghdad today was that it was an attack on crowds celebrating the opening of a new sewage plant. Clearly, acknowledgement of any progress since the fall of Saddam, however benign, however uncontroversial, in the lives of ordinary Iraqis is unacceptable to those now waging war on children, Coalition forces and the new regime in Iraq.
