Webathon Rounds Final Turn: Help Us Raise $10,000 for NR’s Summer Intern Program

These interns, you know, you have to feed them, and they eat like kids who’ve just been freed from a semester-long Michele Obama diet! And it’s not just the food bill; they’ve got to get a stipend (somewhere between meager and very meager) in order to stay ten weeks in NYC.

Hey, our program (now in its fourth decade) is darned worthwhile, and its costs, well . . . that’s all a small price to pay for training tomorrow’s great conservative reporters and authors.

But not so small. We’d like to wrap up the Webathon with this special pitch, to our dedicated readers, those who have that conscience-pang because they engorge on all the great content we publish: If you’ve yet to give to the Webathon, please spot us 20 bucks, 50 bucks, a C Note, or even more, to help underwrite the cost of NR’s heralded intern program. If we can raise $10,000 by Midnight, this Sunday, we’ll have achieved something small (in dollars), but pretty decent, and, frankly, helpful to NR and the future of our movement.

So we set the clock at zero, shoot the starter gun now, and let’s see what we can accomplish before we turn this campaign off as next Monday breaks.

And give, generously if you can, here.
